Topographic survey
Topographic surveys are a graphic representation of the physical features of a piece of land. Both natural and man-made features such as buildings, utilities, streams, trees, fences, elevations and contours are typically shown.
Topographic surveys are not necessarily limited by property boundaries. A combination of boundary survey and topographic survey is used for designing improvements or developments prior to construction.
