Subdivision plat
Subdivision plats are a part of subdividing a larger piece of property into four or more lots. Subdivision plats show monuments set marking property corners, new lot lines and survey data in accordance with governing agencies and State law. The final plat is recorded at the County Surveyor’s Office.
Subdivisions require approval from the county or city in which the property is located.
