Partition plat
Partition plats are done as part of partitioning a larger tract of property into three or less parcels. Partition plats show monuments set marking new parcel lines, property corners and survey data in accordance with governing agencies and State law.
The final plat is recorded at the County Surveyor’s Office. Partition plats require approval from the county or city in which the property is located.
