Condominium plat
Condominium plats show the horizontal and vertical boundaries of units and common elements together with perimeter boundary lines of the land upon which the buildings(s) are situated.
Monuments are set at all property corners.
Condominium plats are reviewed by both the County Surveyor’s Office and the State of Oregon Real Estate Agency.
