Boundary survey
Boundary surveys are made for the purpose of establishing or re-establishing property boundary lines. This involves record and field research, measurements and computations to determine location of boundary lines. Possible encroachments (site improvements that cross over boundary lines) are located on this type of survey.
Once the survey is completed and the property corner monuments are set, a drawing is prepared and recorded at the County Surveyor’s Office as required by law.
